Who actually runs my account?

Your senior team, the same people from your first call. There is no junior bench to switch you to. The named senior is locked into the contract: we cannot swap them without your sign-off, and if the seniority ever drops, that is a guarantee you can invoke, not a complaint you have to chase.

We already have a Japanese agency or an in-house team. Are you still a fit?

Often, yes. Plenty of clients keep their local agency or team and bring us in for bilingual reporting, senior strategy, and the parts the current setup is missing. If you want to build the capability in-house, the Academy trains your team. If you want it run for you, the Engine does. The free teardown tells you which gap to close first.

Pricing, contracts, and risk

How does pricing work?

We do not post prices, because the right number depends on scope and the pipeline at stake. The model is performance-based: the base covers the work, and we profit when your pipeline grows. The free teardown comes first and ends with a straight recommendation, no obligation.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Monthly rolling, cancel any month with 14 days notice, no lock-in and no penalty. Worth knowing: clients still average more than three years with us. The work earns the renewal, not the paperwork.

Isn't performance pricing risky for us?

The risk moves toward us, not you. The base sits near cost recovery, and the performance portion only pays out when your pipeline actually grows. We win when you win.

What if our sales team cannot keep up with the leads?

We throttle lead volume to your sales velocity, and the fee adjusts with it. If your side slows down for a stretch, we reduce the base. You never pay full price for materially less work.

How do we know you will actually deliver?

Three commitments, in writing. Campaigns live in 14 business days or your first month's base is free. Your first qualified Japanese lead within 45 days or we work free until it lands. And if attributed pipeline goes backwards on our watch, we rebate half the base for those months.

The method and results

How is this different from every other Japan agency?

Most agencies sell you a quarter and disappear into a dashboard. We run a named four-phase system on a weekly loop, you see what week eight looks like before you sign, and every figure we show you is sourced and dated. Proof, not promises.

When do results start to show?

Foundation takes two to four weeks. First qualified leads typically land inside the 45-day guarantee window. The compounding part, lower cost per lead and better-qualified pipeline, builds from month two onward as the weekly loop does its work.

We do not have clean attribution. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Attribution is part of the 14-day setup, not something you have to bring us. We build one source of truth so every result traces back to cause and effect.

Do you only run ads, or the whole funnel?

The whole funnel, from the offer to the sales handoff. Running ads is the easy part. We are paid on pipeline, so we audit everything between the click and the closed deal, and if the bottleneck sits upstream or downstream of the ads, we surface it.
