This policy explains what personal information Jade Antlers collects when you visit jadeantlers.com or contact us, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We keep it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@jadeantlers.com and a person will reply.
Jade Antlers (we, us, our) is a bilingual B2B marketing company based in Japan. For the purposes of data protection law, Jade Antlers is the controller of the personal information described here.

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a teardown, download a resource, subscribe to the newsletter, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, company, job title, phone number, and anything you write in a message.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language preference, the pages you view, the links you click, and the site you arrived from. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
We do not intentionally collect special-category data such as health, ethnicity, or political views, and we ask that you do not send it to us.
We use your information to:
Respond to your enquiry and deliver the service or resource you asked for.
Run and improve our marketing, including measuring which campaigns work.
Send marketing emails you have opted into, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
Keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR:
Consent, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
Legitimate interests, to operate and improve our business, secure the site, and market to organisations, balanced against your rights.
Contract, to provide a service or resource you requested.
Legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
We use cookies and similar technologies such as pixels and tags to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. Essential cookies are always on. Non-essential cookies load only with your consent, which you give or decline in our cookie banner. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies, visit aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:
Hosting and site infrastructure, currently Webflow.
Analytics and tag management, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Customer relationship and email tools used to manage enquiries and send communications, such as HubSpot.
Advertising and retargeting partners, which may include Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, where you have consented.
Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
Each provider processes your information on our behalf under a contract that limits how it can be used. The specific providers may change over time; the categories above describe the types involved.
We are based in Japan and some of our providers are located elsewhere, including the United States and the European Union. Where information is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Japan has been recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of data protection.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it. Enquiry and client records are typically kept for the length of our relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
Ask us to delete it.
Object to or restrict how we use it.
Receive a copy in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from marketing.
To exercise any of these, email hello@jadeantlers.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in Japan, you also have rights under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have mishandled your information, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The site and our services are intended for businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will give a clearer notice. Please check back periodically.
